A Little Bit About Me

A

Fitness has been part of my life from the very beginning. As a former ballroom dancer, I grew up immersed in movement, discipline, and a commitment to health. After moving to the United States in the early 2000s, I earned my degree in personal training and became a certified weight-loss specialist. For over two decades, I’ve been helping individuals of all ages transform their lives through fitness.

My experience spans a wide range of goals and needs—from supporting clients in post-rehabilitation and health recovery, to training athletes for marathons and team sports, to guiding people on sustainable weight-loss and maintenance journeys.

What sets my approach apart is flexibility and personalization. I specialize in functional, isometric, resistance, metabolic, and both pre- and post-rehabilitation training techniques—adapting programs to suit your lifestyle, whether you're working out at the gym, at home, or on the go.
