All About Fitness

As a former ballroom dancer, I was naturally born into a healthy and fit lifestyle. Moving to the United States in early 2000, I received my degree in personal training and became certified as a weight-loss specialist. For the past 20 years, I’ve helped people of all ages reach their desired fitness goals. I have worked with those rehabilitating from health complications, training for a marathon or active team sport, and those on a weight loss or weight maintenance journey.  


I specialize in finding new ways to achieve results, whether it be at the gym, at home, or on the go. My training techniques include; functional training, isometric training, resistance training, metabolic, and post and pre-rehabilitation. My approach is a personal one, guiding my clients to a healthier, maintainable lifestyle. Helping my clients set and achieve their goals has been the most gratifying experience of my career.
